Michelle's entrepreneurial journey began while working in public service, where she developed a strong understanding of organizational systems, policy-driven environments, operational coordination, and the importance of serving the community effectively. During this time, she obtained her Notary Public commission as a way to support individuals and businesses within her community through accessible and professional document services.

What initially began as a community-focused service gradually evolved into Capitol Notary LLC, founded in 2018 with the vision that notarizations and operational services should be professional, efficient, and easy to access. Through her firsthand experience working directly with clients, providers, and operational workflows, Michelle quickly recognized larger communication gaps, scheduling inefficiencies, workflow delays, and coordination challenges affecting service-based industries.

During the 2020 pandemic, Michelle witnessed how rapidly businesses and professionals were forced to adapt to remote operations, electronic notarization, digital communication, and evolving workflow demands. This industry shift further revealed the growing need for modern operational infrastructure capable of supporting providers, businesses, and enterprise workflow coordination in a more connected and scalable way.

These experiences ultimately inspired the evolution of Tabellio Network™, a technology-driven operational platform being developed to help bridge workflow gaps through provider coordination, workflow modernization, scalable operational infrastructure, and improved business connectivity across modern service industries.
